I am so excited to have this new website, and a place to blog! I am having so much fun picking photos and getting ready to launch this. I am currently working on completing my book, Breakthru to Your Heart’s Desire!, and who knew how much fun it would be. Thanks for checking in!
These are silhouettes of Ganesha, who reminds me that obstacles can be transformed. (Taken inside a singing Quartz Crystal bowl). As some of you know, the book started many years ago; then my priorities shifted as I was guided to expand QuietStar Center for Transformation in San Luis Obispo to include other practitioners, a store, and much more. Now, the winds of change have shifted again, and much of the work of the Center is being done in other dimensions. Our healing space in uptown San Luis Obispo provides Bob and I with a venue for meeting with clients, and soon I’ll be painting there in the Zen Garden. We are open only by appointment.

In working on the book, it has been such a powerful process to synthesize writing, class notes, and student comments from years of teaching. I find myself reliving the process of creating the book, and as I go thru the class, I am re-acquainting myself with all the exercises and concepts. One of my favorites is the Ideal Scenario; stay tuned for my next blog as I share the Ideal Scenario for the book launch.
