My art is intuitive. Rather than trying to put a “realistic” picture on canvas, I start from a feeling or an energy pattern. My paintings/mixed media pieces are SoulPath Alchemy™ Glyphs….designed as an energy template to help you align with and manifest your Soul’s deepest longings; your life mission(s). It’s called “Alchemy” because it’s all about transmuting energy. I love to paint because it’s such a clear channel for the Light; it bypasses my conscious mind, and it’s so much fun!
Some of my pieces are a result of a process that I am guided through: Start from a feeling I am experiencing or a situation in the world that I am aware of. Paint the first layer. Then sit in meditation, and wait for the nod to start the second layer. And so on. These are transformative in nature; shifting the energy generally from a lower frequency (vibration) to a higher one. As I work to transform “negative” or “lower” energies, I can feel the shifts radiate out into the Universe. At times, I receive additional downloads of sound, words or suggestions, and record those through the appropriate media.
At other times, my pieces come directly from my Guides and the Ascended Masters. I go into meditation where I receive energetic downloads. As I translate into form, color, texture, additional guidance is received. I do my best to stay out of the way, allowing the direct transmission of guidance and high-frequency energy to come through.
SoulPathAlchemy™ Glyphs are energetic templates created specifically for a particular person, business or place. Although these are sometimes simpler symbols created with pastels or markers, I also create mixed media Glyph paintings. Request a Personal Glyph.
I currently have over 25 mixed media works in progress, and I’m experimenting with mono-printing, enamel on copper, and more.
